CoreClaw does not permit any use of the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or non-compliant purposes. We will actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected illegal activities, as required by applicable law, and take necessary measures to maintain a healthy ecosystem for the platform.

  • False Content: Creating fake accounts or deceptive content (e.g., misinformation, clickbait, misleading advertisements, scam emails, etc.);
  • Review Abuse: Abusing review systems, including but not limited to creating fake reviews, exchanging reviews for compensation or other benefits, using multiple or coordinated accounts to submit reviews, or otherwise artificially inflating or deflating ratings.

2.3 Artificial Interaction and Data Manipulation

  • Illegitimate Engagement: Any illegal artificial interaction (e.g., fake likes, inflating view counts, botting comments, or other behaviors that manipulate platform data);
  • Search Engine Manipulation: Any actions intended to manipulate search engine optimization (e.g., generating fake clicks in search results);
  • Survey Cheating: Participating in surveys to obtain monetary or in-kind benefits through deceptive means.

2.4 Resale and Licensing

  • Prohibition of Resale: You may not resell platform services or APIs to third parties for commercial gain without prior written approval (including email confirmation) from CoreClaw;

2.6 Data Collection Compliance Requirements

As a data collection platform, you must comply with the following requirements when collecting third-party data:

  • Public Data Only: Only collect publicly accessible data. Do not attempt to obtain unauthorized private data, password-protected content, or information requiring a login;
  • Respect Target Platform Rules: Comply with the target website/platform's robots.txt, Terms of Service, and usage policies;
  • Privacy Compliance: Adhere to applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.);
  • Data Masking: If collected or processed data includes personal information or other legally protected data, it must be processed only with a lawful basis and required authorization/consent, and with de-identification, anonymization, or other reasonable safeguards; except as lawfully necessary for collection purposes, such data must not be used for profiling, automated decision-making, marketing, resale, or other unauthorized purposes;
  • Reasonable Collection Frequency: Do not collect data at an excessive frequency that may burden target servers or violate target platform limits;
  • Consequences of Violation: If these requirements are violated, CoreClaw may, based on a reasonable determination, apply rate limiting, suspension, feature restrictions, or account termination; except in urgent circumstances, CoreClaw will use reasonable efforts to provide prior notice and a reasonable cure period; and where permitted and required by applicable law, cooperate with relevant law enforcement or regulatory investigations.

2.7 Usage Limits

To ensure platform stability and fairness, CoreClaw sets reasonable limits on usage. Exceeding these limits may result in:

  • Rate Limiting: Reduction of your API call frequency;
  • Additional Charges: Usage exceeding the plan quota will be billed at standard rates;
  • Account Restrictions: In extreme cases (such as malicious abuse), the account may be suspended or terminated;
