CoreClaw Abuse Reporting and Complaint Handling

CoreClaw is committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and responsible platform environment. We welcome everyone—including users, partners, and the broader internet community—to jointly supervise and report any suspected abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that violates platform policies.
1. Types of Reportable Behavior
If you discover any of the following situations, please report them to us:

| Security Vulnerabilities | Discovering potential security risks or vulnerabilities within the platform. |
2. How to Report
2.1 Email Reporting

2.2 Email Content Requirements
Please try to include the following information in your email:
- Your contact information (optional, for our reply)
- The name or link of the reported user/script
- Description of the specific non-compliant behavior
- Time of discovery
- Attachments (screenshots, logs, relevant evidence, etc.)
3. Processing Flow
We promise to carefully verify every report and handle it in accordance with laws and regulations.
The processing flow is as follows:

Processing Timeline Commitment
We promise to complete the preliminary verification within 5 business days after receiving the report, and complete the investigation and feedback within 10 business days.
4. Handling Measures
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following measures:
4.1 Warning Notice
For minor or first-time violations, reminding the user to rectify.
4.2 Deletion of Non-compliant Content
Scripts, descriptions, comments, etc., that violate rules (direct removal or delisting).
4.3 Partial Service Suspension
For moderate violations, restricting script publishing, fund withdrawals, or use of the cloud environment.
4.4 Temporary Account Ban
For serious or repeated violations, suspending account use for a period of time.
4.5 Permanent Account Ban
For extremely serious violations, permanently terminating the right to use the account.
4.6 Forfeiture of Illicit Gains
Freezing, deducting, or returning illicit profits involving transaction fraud or illegal collection.
4.7 Reporting to Law Enforcement
For suspected illegal or criminal activities, the platform will proactively transfer leads and cooperate with investigations.
5. Reporting Feedback Mechanism
We will provide feedback on the processing results through the following methods after the investigation is completed:

● Anonymous reports: If the issue is resolved, it will be explained in the platform announcement (without involving specific user information).
6. Protection of Reporters
We respect and protect the legitimate rights and interests of reporters:
6.1 Anonymous Reporting
You can choose to report anonymously, but anonymity may affect our further verification (e.g., inability to provide feedback on results).
6.2 Confidentiality Commitment
We will not disclose the identity information of the reporter unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
6.3 Prohibition of Malicious Reporting
If it is discovered that a user has fabricated facts or forged evidence for malicious reporting out of unfair competition purposes, CoreClaw will take punitive measures against the reporter's account (such as banning the account) to maintain community order.
7. Appeals and Objections
If you receive a notice due to platform handling measures and have an objection to the result, you may appeal through the following methods:

We will verify and provide feedback on the results within 5 business days after receiving the appeal.
8. Relationship with Other Documents
This document, together with the "CoreClaw Acceptable Use Policy", the "CoreClaw Terms of Service", the "CoreClaw Privacy Policy", and the "CoreClaw Ethical Data Collection Statement", jointly constitute the platform's non-compliance handling system.
CoreClaw will regularly review the content of this document and update it according to changes in laws and regulations, technological development, and operational conditions. The updated document will be published on the website.
