Fetch the profile page of each matched entity to include principal address and registered agent fields when available.

Fetch filing metadata for each matched entity. Does not download PDFs.

For each matched entity, fetch the latest NC SOS annual report PDF, OCR page 1, and extract the principal place of business phone number when present on the form.

When an exact legal-name search returns no results, retry with conservative brand/owner terms (e.g. 'Brennan' from 'Brennan Investment Group'); matches are flagged as possible_affiliate instead of direct_legal_name.

Route NC SOS requests through a managed browser session. Recommended for cloud deployments.

Run the managed browser without showing a window. Keep enabled when running on Apify Cloud.

Maximum seconds to wait for the managed browser session to reach the NC SOS search page before failing.

Polite delay between NC SOS requests on the fallback HTTP channel. The managed browser has its own pacing.
